Job Overview:

The Enrolment Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and credibility of learner records by entering data into our information systems. This position will also involve delivering proactive and courteous service in responding to inquiries from prospective and current students, parents, and staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Data Entry and Management:
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries from prospective and current students, parents, and staff.
  • Assist in resolving issues or concerns related to learner records and information systems.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and updates regarding learner records.
  • Communicate changes or important updates in learner records to relevant staff and departments.
  • Prioritise and manage various tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  • Work flexibly within the wider College as required, handling all internal and external queries professionally and calmly.

  • Experience of working with young people.
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to new software
